5) Communications from Mayor Sollars
5A) Motion to approve appointing Bob Szwed and Fadie Ghallozi to the Downtown Development Authority board for a four year term, expiring April 7, 2024. REGULAR AGENDA
6) Motion to approve Down River Body Works, low bidder, to make body repairs to Police Ford F-150 #184, for an amount not to exceed $2900. Funded through General Fund Police Repair and Maintenance.
7) Motion to approve the Education Reimbursement of Fall 2019 Tuition to Command Officer, per CBA 26.6B, not to exceed $3200. Funded through General Fund Police Training and Transportation.
8) Motion to receive and file payment to Fisher Scientific Company, sole source,for one hundred (100) CBRN Canisters for Police gas masks, in the amount of $6958 to be paid with Federal Forfeiture Treasury funds.
9) Motion to approve to authorize the Mayor to sign Grant Contract #2020-87 between Michigan Indigent Defense Commission (MIDC), Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) and the City of Taylor. Contract term October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020.
10) Motion to approve To refer petition to vacate, retaining all utility easements, that portion of 60-foot wide Baske Road adjacent to Lots: 152-153, 189-190, 219-220, 256-257 inclusive of the Wick-Telegraph Sub., of the NE 1/4 Section 17, City of Taylor, T.3S., R.10E., Wayne County, Michigan, to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation to City Council. The street portion is located on the north side of Haig Avenue between Telegraph Road and Burr Avenue.

12) Motion to approve purchase of 4 Lawn Mowers in the amount of $54,876.88 to the low bidder Carleton Farm Supply, 11850 Grafton Rd Carleton MI 48117. Funds provided from Department of Public Works and Building & Grounds account.
13) Motion to approve the purchase of one (1) 83" x 20' Mower Trailer for the amount of $3,999.00 to the low bidder, Unique Grounds and Supply, 23075, 27 Mile Rd, Ray Township MI, 48096. Funds provided from Department of Public Work account.
14) Motion to approve payment to Conrail in the amount of $4,367.00 for Annual Signal Maintenance. Funds provided from MAjor Roads Traffic Signals.
