6) Motion to approve setting the public hearing date of June 16, 2020 for Case #20-03(V)-request to vacate, retaining all utility easements, the 20-ft. wide public alley, adjacent to Lots 36-74 inclusive of the Telegraph Park Sub., of the NW 1/4 Section 9, City of Taylor, T.3S., R.10E., Wayne County, MI. The alley is located just east of Telegraph between Champaign & Crowley and Telegraph and West Point.
