15) Motion to approve a blanket resolution effective for the purpose of inspection, repair and routine maintenance of sanitary sewers, water mains, dust palliatives, special events, parades, block parties, marathons, festivals installation of banners and existing sidewalks in Wayne County Right-Of-Way, for the calendar year 2020, and authorizing Keith Boc, Director of Public Services, DPS to sign the permits. This resolution is a required condition by Wayne County for the annual maintenance permit.
